Owner is very helpful and down to earth, units are quite clean for self storage, minus some technical difficulties it was very easy to get a unit quickly. I suggest heavily :)

Great staff .. great place

the best storage place I've ever gone to. The lady in the office is nice and informative, very welcoming and a joy to do business with. She made the effort to walk me around the units and pick out the best one for what i needed, went over all the rules, provided a desk to fill out the paperwork, and is overall very confident and pleasurable to rent from. I arrived rather late into the night and called the number for the office and she had picked up and actually came down to still rent the place even after hours, work with me and get me a unit that fit my needs and my budget. The units themselves are very clean, and have raised concrete inside to help protect from the rain, vary in sizes as well as have very new looking building materials. She did say that sometimes there are mice or other insects from other units or that'll sneak in from outside, but offers everthing you would need to be rid of them and i haven't personally seen anything in mine. the layout is easy to follow and she provides a map if you ever need it. The entrance is gated, you are provided a gate code and can call at any time if you forget it and she'll come down and help you. The entire facility is fenced and secure so you can rest easy knowing that nobody is gonna break into the units, as well as being able to buy locks in the office itself. The office is neat, organized and has an open bathroom which really comes in handy when unloading lots of things. the doors all slide up and have no issues with being opened or closed, no jamming or fighting with the door, it just glides right up or right down. They have handles on the front of the door for easy grip access and a cord that hangs down for if it goes too high up. Overall i would 100% recommend to rent from this storage, i have never gone to or encountered any other storage facility that has worked with me so efficiently and nicely and still provides great purpose as well as service! 😃

VERY kind! VERY courteous! And she has been EXTREMELY helpful to us! She dropped everything she was doing to make sure we got the help we needed any time around the clock. Every time I called she was very warm on the phone. If you're looking for a storage place, look no further! River Bend Storage is where you want to be.

the manager is awesome prices are great! 10/10 would absolutely reccomend
